1、 Product Introduction
This product is a high molecular weight surfactant used in the chemical pulp cooking process, completely replacing anthraquinone and other types of additives. It is an upgraded and new type of papermaking pulp cooking agent. This product has many advantages, such as directly saving cooking costs, shortening cooking time, improving pulp yield, enhancing fiber strength, reducing float loss, basically eliminating sulfide air pollution, reducing exhaust gas pollution load, and reducing equipment pipeline corrosion and scaling.
2、 Product Features
1. It can promote the rapid wetting and penetration of the cooking solution on the surface of the raw materials into deeper layers, accelerate the dissolution of gum and lignin removal, reduce the hardness of the pulp, and shorten the cooking time;
2. Reduce alkaline hydrolysis, enhance fiber strength and improve pulp yield, and improve pulp quality;
3. Improve the appearance quality of the slurry, facilitate rinsing and enhance whiteness;
4. It can suppress and resist scaling in the process of black liquor recovery, greatly improving production efficiency;
5. Has good adaptability to different fiber raw materials, pulping methods, and cooking equipment;
6. Reduce pollution load and lower production costs.
3、 Usage method
1. Add points and methods: Use a metering pump to pump the process flow and add it to the liquid mixing tank;
2. Addition amount: 0.8-1.5 ‰ (for air dried pulp);
3. Add equipment: diaphragm pump or screw pump.
4、 Packaging and Storage
1. This product is packaged in 200kg or 1000kg drums, and can also be customized according to user requirements.
2. This product is suitable for storage at room temperature, avoiding direct sunlight exposure, and has a storage period of one year.
