1、 Product Features
1. Improve the water resistance of paper and cardboard;
2. Reduce the amount of adhesive used in the slurry;
3. Improve the printability of paper printing and reduce the occurrence of hair and powder loss during the printing process.
2、 Usage and precautions
1. This product is weakly negative and can be used for surface sizing together with anionic, non-ionic, or weakly cationic starch;
2. Continuously add it to the glue working tank or glue pipeline through a metering pump;
3. With less foam, defoamer can be added or not added during sizing;
4. The dosage of the sizing agent depends on the sizing requirements, and the recommended dosage is 2kg/T paper -5kg/T paper.
3、 Packaging and Storage
1. According to customer requirements, different packaging options of 50, 200, or 1000 kilograms can be provided;
2. Store in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, especially to prevent frost;
3. It should not be stored below 0 ℃ for a long time, nor should it be exposed to direct sunlight for a long time.
