Softening accelerator
1、 Product Introduction
Softening accelerator is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly product mainly used in the chemical mechanical pulp making process. This product is composed of multiple surfactants, and due to its unique properties and characteristics, users have achieved significant advantages in expanding the diversity of raw material choices, reducing grinding energy consumption, lowering chemical usage and comprehensive production costs, and improving pulp quality.
2、 Product Features
The use of softening accelerators is expected to achieve the following effects:
1. Energy conservation and consumption reduction. The usage of caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide can be appropriately reduced, and electricity consumption can also be reduced (according to feedback reports from some customers, the electricity consumption per ton of pulp can be reduced by 30-70 degrees);
2. Improve fiber strength and uniformity (according to feedback reports from some customers, the tensile index of fibers has increased by 5-8%). At the same time, it can reduce the concentration of white water and minimize loss;
3. Can reduce the amount of alkali used by 2-3 kilograms and the amount of hydrogen peroxide used by 2-5 kilograms;
4. The pulp yield can increase by 1-1.5%;
5. The COD content of the wastewater in this section can be appropriately reduced by 500-1000 to reduce the treatment load in the next section.
3、 Packaging and Storage
1. Packaging in 200kg and 1000kg plastic drums according to customer requirements;
2. Product storage temperature 0-40 ℃;
3. The product has a storage period of 12 months.
