1. Reduce the energy consumption of pulping, and the treated fibers are easy to absorb water, swell, and separate into fibers, reducing the grinding time of the disc during the subsequent pulping process;
2. Improve the strength of the paper, effectively promote the separation and fragmentation of fiber cell walls, and transform the fibers into multi-point connections after shredding, thereby enhancing the bonding strength between fibers and improving the strength index of the paper;
3. Reduce the loss of small fibers and fillers, and clean the white water system;
4. Reduce the working intensity of the slurry mill and extend the service life of the grinding disc.
3、 Precautions
This product is a non-toxic biological enzyme preparation, but unnecessary contact with the product should be avoided as much as possible. After contact with the skin, rinse immediately with water. If this product leaks, please rinse it with water in a timely manner. Please seal and store this product promptly if it is not used up after opening.
4、 Packaging and Storage
Packaging specifications: Standard packaging includes 25kg, 200kg, and 1000kg plastic drums, which can also be customized according to user needs; The product is sealed and stored in a cool, dry place at 5-20 ℃. The loss of activity should not exceed 10% after 6 months.
